I have experienced Coercive control, emotional abuse and in my attempts to ‘escape’, physical abuse. I am currently navigating a legal system which makes me feel vulnerable and at times invisible. It takes courage to leave and requires alot of support. My relationship/marriage was 30years, on the day I left he threatened my life. Im signing this petition as a cry for help, for all the others experiencing dv.
