The Environment has and continues to be a priority of mine. As I fight to preserve the prestine Bays of my own island state from the monopolization of Salmon Farming. At present only 3% og ocean is protected. This is not enough for it to heal we need to preserve at least 1/3 of our oceans according to David Attenborough for Ocean to begin to heal itself.

Unless action is taken now for the protection our open ocean and most importantly the sea mounts and the shallow shore regions. This actions, David says “is the key to help the ocean recover.”

I cling to Hope that enough people go and view David Attenborough’s film Ocean. To view what is happening to our waters is life changing.
Go and view it and act.
We all need to be sustainable only take what is needed and no more as the Ocean is our life force. “If we destroy Ocean, we destroy ourselves.
The planet may survive but who knows if we do.
So in agreement with Sir David Attenborough Let us work together, not against each other.
As David puts it” our question to ask is not who are we protecting the ocean for but
“What are we protecting it for? as the goals of fishing and conservation are indeed the same.
