I have been through this when I was young and I’m lucky to be alive , there was absolutely no help then and the police were not interested , I have walked around my neighbourhood nearly all night with a new baby a busted lip and no where to go to as I was too terrified to go home , and that is just one time .. I am still suffering because of all that abuse and that was over 48 years ago ..
