1. The Promotional Period begins on 20/03/2023 and ends on 31/03/2024.
2. Eligible entrants must:
a. Agree to receive promotional offers from The Vocal Minority and their Charity Partners
b. Be 18 years of age or older
c. Be Australian residents (Queensland residents are not eligible)
d. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
3. To enter the ”CareFlight Experience Tour 2023” promotion with a total prize pool valued at $500, input the requested details on the registration page and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Promotional Period. Limit of one entry per person. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
4. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on the 08/04/2024 at 1pm AEST. The prize winner’s name will be published at https://www.facebook.com/MyCareFlight/ on the 16/04/2024 and the winner advised via email and or telephone.
5. The first valid entry drawn will win a tour for two (2) people of a CareFlight base plus $500 Cash. The CareFlight base tour will be made available at the closet practical CareFlight base location (either Sydney or Darwin) subject to availability with the exact tour details to be determined at the time of prize redemption. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that the base tour cannot be offered for any reason, including but not limited to, the CareFlight crew being unavailable due to being called out on duty. Accommodation, travel, transfers, meals, insurance, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included. The prize must be taken by 31/04/2025.
6. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on this website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes including emailing or telephoning the recipient.
7. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and region of residence in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome).
8. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
